Chondroitin sulfate is a substance that binds to collagen and elastin in the formation of cartilage. It is a biological polymer and comes from connective tissue. Chondroitin stops cartilage damage that occurs with age and stimulates the production of proteoglycans, glucosamine and collagen.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 2 times a day with water or food.

Chondroitin sulfate 1180 mg.
